Brief presentation of the content of the project:
The aim of this project was to improve the technological development of our company's manufacturing activities and to increase its efficiency, by means of real estate development and the acquisition and installation of equipment, consulting and training to support efficient and quality production.Project elements: transformation of the Tiszaföldvár site into a state-of-the-art powder coating plant with a 108kWp, 100 kVA solar power plant and a 30kW/60kWh energy storage battery.At our Martfű site, a state-of-the-art, auditable welding shop was built and a grinding booth, laser cutting equipment, a forklift truck to service it and a 3D printer were purchased.
Within the framework of the GINOP-1.2.1-16 production capacity expansion tender announced by the Ministry of National Economy as a Supporter, within the framework of the Economic Development and Innovation Operational Program of RIGO Kft., This summer a 5-axis simultaneous machining center was installed. at the Martfű site.

As part of our project, we applied for purchase of equipment.
As part of the investment, our machine was purchased: DMU 340 Gantry machining center.
With the help of European Union support of HUF 295.7 million, RIGO Kft. Was able to acquire a unique machine purchase in our county. As a result of the development, the company can expand its production capacity, gain new customers and market segments, and preserve jobs and create new ones.
Brief presentation of the content of the project:
The energy modernization of the building of the production hall located at the site of RIGO Kft. 5435 Martfű, Gesztenye sor 1 will be realized by carrying out the following activities as a result of the project:
As a result of the project, the current EE energy rated building will become BB rated. The primary energy consumption achieved by energy efficiency improvements is expected to decrease by 1,009,152 GJ per year, while the amount of energy produced from renewable sources will be 559.8 GJ / year. The amount of greenhouse gas emissions will be reduced by more than 77 t, the primary energy consumption of the building will be 435,820 kWh less per year. As a result of the project, we have the opportunity to reduce costs by more than HUF 10 million per year.
The Ministry of National Economy, as a Supporter, has qualified eligible the RIGO Ltd.'s tender named "Flexible, family-friendly employment solutions at RIGO Kft." which had been submitted within the framework of Economic Development and Innovation Operational Program.

The launch of flexible forms of employment has provided the harmonization of work and family life for employees.
The followings had been completed within the framework of our project: purchase of IT equipment, complex organization development, cooperation development, grouped change treatment, communication training, conflict management training, employee claim and satisfaction survey, labour law counseling, introduction of flexible work organization and the performance evaluation system.
The Ministry of National Economy, as a Supporter, had qualified the RIGO Ltd.'s tender eligible which had been submitted to the invitation named "Expansion of production capacities of micro- small to medium-sized enterprises", proclaimed within the framework of Economic Development and Innovation Operational Program.

Within the framework of our project we applied for equipment purchase and for the related infrastructure investment.
Machines that had been purchased in the frame of the investment: QD 1530 laser cutting machine, DMF 180/7 machining center, NLX 2500/700 metal turning machine, heat treatment furnace. Relating to the purchase of the new production tools the infrastructure investments had become reasonable.
Due to the infrastructure investment, we save heat and electricity, moreover, by changing the doors and windows, and closing the unused ones, we can provide an aesthetic appereance to our factory building. This way we could develop the image of the building which made it more pleasant.
